Abstract: Overview of the open source Grid Solutions Framework and Time Series Library used by the extensible data analytics system, openXDA, and synchrophasor processing systems like the openPDC and SIEGate.
Bio: J. Ritchie Carroll is the senior systems architect with the Grid Protection Alliance (GPA) in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is the chief architect of the widely deployed open source phasor data concentrator (openPDC) and is a key contributor to the North American Synchrophasor Initiative (NASPI). He has over 15 years of experience working in the electric sector and over 25 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on systems integration and development related to data management technologies.
