Dr. Yilu Liu and Dr. Joe Chow presented at the 2015 IEEE PES General Meeting in Denver , Co on July 28. Both Dr. Liu and Dr. Chow gave technical presentations during the PSDM working group meeting. Dr. Liu gave a demonstration of “Data-driven modeling based oscillation damping control” on the CURENT Hardware Testbed and Dr. Chow gave a technical presentation on “NY-NE PMU-only state estimation.”
