Scott Ghiocel wins NSAPI Outstanding Student Award
NASPI has awarded Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute student Scott Ghiocel, PhD, the 2014 Outstanding Student of the Year Award. Scott won this award based on his work developing voltage stability and synchophasor-based state estimation applications. Additionally, he has applied this new analytical tool to real-world bulk electrical systems. Congratulations to Scott.
